Newton's 4B mob purpose is to perform legal services such as making sure legal documents are authentic, checking the identity of the person signing the document, serving as a witness for the document being signed, collaborating with the buyer and seller, and notarizing all required signatures.

Escrow and Real Estate Closings Charges

-Single Loan Closing (15 miles of travel included) $150

. . . Mileage fee per mile, after first 25 miles

-Additional related (Piggy back loan) Loan Closing $35

-Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages $30

Travel and non-closing fee. This fee is due if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign. $50

Cancellation Fee applied with 1-hours or less notice. $35

Payment:

Forms of acceptable payment: Cash, Card, Paypal , Apple Pay, Cash App or Zelle.

General Notary Work

Taking Acknowlegements or proofs for the first signature $5

-Administering oath or affirmation $5

Swearing a witness for a deposition $5
